This role supports recruitment for logistics, warehouse and customer service positions in the Netherlands.
This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client's office minimum 3 days a week, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand.

What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from attraction through to offer acceptance for logistics and warehouse roles across the Netherlands.
- Use your sourcing skills to proactively identify and engage diverse talent through multiple recruitment channels.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from attraction through to offer acceptance/contract creation for logistics and warehouse roles across the Netherlands.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers through workforce planning, role scoping, market insight, and regular communication.
- Use your consulting and influencing skills to guide stakeholders through the recruitment process and manage expectations effectively.
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and regular updates.
- Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and system records.
- Contribute to the achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives through consistent delivery and strong operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple hiring levels.
- Full professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strength in proactive sourcing and talent mapping across a variety of channels.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume logistics, warehouse, operational or customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of the Dutch labour market and recruitment landscape.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
