Your mission is to drive strategic growth within Dental Service Organisations (DSOs) and other key accounts by developing and delivering dedicated, high‑impact clinical education.
In this role, you will own senior‑level relationships with strategic customers, maintaining a strong field presence to understand their needs, execute tailored initiatives, and act as a trusted partner.
You will manage and support DSOs and key accounts through regular field engagement, acting as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution of agreed plans and initiatives.
You will drive adoption and growth, build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s Clinical Protocols, Digital Innovations across the iTero Platform and the ClinCheck® Software. You will remain up to date with scientific trends and knowledge.

Collaborate with commercial and cross‑functional teams on strategic account planning, developing and executing comprehensive, dedicated programs for DSOs and other strategic or special accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSOs and key accounts through regular field engagement, acting as a trusted partner and point of support.
- Manage and support key accounts in close partnership with sales, ensuring alignment, effective execution, and delivery of agreed objectives.
- Lead and contribute to key projects, extending impact through others and supporting delivery across the wider team.
- Define approaches, methods, and processes for new assignments, coordinating activities where required and providing leadership as a team lead.
- Actively mentor, coach, and support peers, contributing to capability development, consistency of delivery, and a strong culture of collaboration.

Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Dentistry (or international equivalent) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Typically has six-ten years of directly related experience.
- Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, ability to influence through public speaking.
- Strategic thinker – ability to think outside of the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
- Ability to travel to conduct field visits independently at least 50% of the time. Might be extended based on geography and/or business need
