We are looking for a Business Application Support Specialist to join our Data Team and provide hands-on support for several key business applications. You will act as the primary point of contact for end users and ensure a smooth and reliable day-to-day experience.
The role focuses on supporting Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and a portfolio monitoring / financial analysis tool. The ideal candidate has a strong end-user support mindset, understands core data and reporting concepts, and has practical experience with Power Automate and Power BI. Basic SQL knowledge is helpful, but not the main focus of the role.
