Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you ensure an optimal and smooth operational execution in your area of responsibility, are accountable for the local P&L, leadership, and operational oversight in your respective Branch. You ensure best in class, quality service, customer compliance, satisfaction and operational proficiency that results in growth and profitability, meeting the country strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Branch in organizational and technical terms.

Ensuring personnel and operational planning

Support and consulting of customers and agents on best-in-class solutions

Ensuring the smooth and on time processing of all shipments

Acquisition of new customers in consultation with Sales

Preparation of offers and calculations

Handling customer correspondence

Prepare regular reports on business performance, financial results, and market insights for senior management and communicate in line with the regional Communication Matrix.

Review analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated business development goals and objectives.
- Review and evaluate stations P&L performance and establish short term goals to address any budgetary shortfalls.
- Recruitment of employees and conducting job interviews

Onboarding, evaluation, training, and development of employees

Preparation of budgets for the Branch, as well as adherence of the budget

Implementation and maintenance of the safety system
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).
