Our mission is to help everybody live a healthy and meaningful life.
Polsen makes wearables built on a contrarian idea: that the point of health technology is not to make you over-optimise individual metrics in isolation. What matters more is how those metrics interact with each other, over time. That's what shows how well your body is able to regulate itself. Improving this drives both long-term health and how you feel every day.
Two things we do differently.
-
First, what we measure. Beyond the standard set, sleep, activity, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, body temperature, we track the activity of your stress response continuously, second by second. That resolution is what lets us measure the cumulative load it leaves behind. It gives us a view of whether your body is genuinely recovering, and lets us see shifts in allostatic load, one of the most promising predictors of long-term health outcomes.
-
Second, how we behave as a technology company. Here's a truth: most of this industry profits by keeping you hooked on a subscription while it learns everything about you. We do neither. No subscription. Nothing designed to keep you scrolling. Your data stays yours, never sold, never quietly handed off to anyone else. For us that isn't a policy. It's just what we think is right.
You own what Polsen means, what we say, and how it lands.
You'll be the person who takes a genuinely new argument, that a health tracker shouldn't fight for your attention, and turns it into storytelling sharp enough to drive desirability, differentiation and conversion.
This is a hands-on role. You are responsible for strategising and crafting cohesive, compelling campaigns, narratives and experiences that express our brand and authentically engage the people who use it. As the health tracking market is crowded and changes constantly, our brand needs to stand out and at times be provocative while staying true to what we are: a science-first company working on preventative health.
You'll work alongside our creative director, product managers and scientists, and report to the CMO/CCO. You'll coordinate a multidisciplinary team of in-house designers, copywriters and developers and freelance support.
You will work with product management to continuously understand our consumers, the insight, the target audience and the value proposition. What you own is the articulation, and everything downstream of it.

A genuinely strong writer. Not "good at briefs" — you can write the line yourself, and it's better than what the team hands you.

Comfort with substance. Our differentiators are physiological and behavioral. You don't need a science degree, but you need to enjoy learning the mechanism well enough to make it feel like something — and to know where the line sits between compelling and over-claiming.
