The Role
As a Project Manager, you manage international end-to-end power distribution projects for Data Centers. Responsible for one or multiple projects within an international project environment, ensuring safe and successful delivery of LV/MV solutions. These projects are complex, fast-paced, and often valued in the millions, requiring strong ownership and structured execution.
You operate at the intersection of technology, execution, and customer management, acting as the primary interface for stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You are part of an international and multidisciplinary business unit in The Hague, where sales, engineering, logistics, finance, and execution work closely together.
The Team
The business unit is located in The Hague, where teams such as sales, logistics, engineering, finance, purchasing, and execution collaborate closely.
The Project Management team consists of 35 project managers, organized into sub-teams. The atmosphere is informal yet highly professional. Within the business unit, more than 55 nationalities are represented. The working language is English and Dutch.

State-of-the-art technology: From Sivacon busbar trunking systems and NXAIR/8DJH/NXPLUS C switchgears to modular e-houses and digital protection systems like SIPROTEC.

High-impact projects: Delivering essential power infrastructure for large-scale, fast-track data centers globally.

Effective stakeholder management with customers, suppliers, consultants, authorities and internal project teams during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

Unwavering focus on safety: Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence, particularly during site activities.
Your responsibilities

Manage one or multiple complex High-Value Low & Medium Voltage power distribution projects end-to-end

Act as the primary customer interface throughout the full project lifecycle

Coordinate international project teams and subcontractors

Ensure technical quality and successful delivery of electrical solutions

Manage scope, budget, planning, and project risks

Lead key milestones such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full HSE compliance on site
Job requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical or power distribution projects

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Industrial engineering, or similar

Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills

Solid knowledge of power distribution systems (LV/MV)

Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects

Strong awareness of safety standards and HSE regulations

PMP or IPMA certification

VCA VOL or equivalent safety certification for International power distribution projects of varying size and complexity with average risk and operational leadership responsibilities.

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Willingness to travel internationally (~25%)
