At least 4 days a week · At least 5 months · Internship stipend of up to €500 per month
HeadFirst Group is a leading international HR service provider that helps organizations professionally manage both permanent and flexible work arrangements. This includes matching independent professionals with clients, handling the entire hiring process on their behalf, and advising organizations on their staffing needs. Every day, thousands of professionals work for hundreds of clients across Europe through HeadFirst Group.
Are you detail-oriented, do you value structure, and do you want to know exactly how contracts for thousands of professionals across Europe are handled correctly and on time? If so, this internship at Contract Management is an excellent place to learn just that.
The Contract Management team ensures that the deployment of external professionals at our clients worldwide is consistent, compliant with laws and regulations, and efficient: from drafting and activating contracts to renewals, rate changes, and closing out assignments. Contract Management serves as the linchpin between clients, suppliers, and independent professionals, ensuring that all follow-up processes—such as payroll processing, invoicing, and time tracking—can begin at the right time. As an intern, you’ll be right in the thick of this process. You’ll also have the opportunity to observe the teams further down and earlier in the chain.
What will you do?
You will assist with drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts for external professionals.
You monitor the progress and completeness of contracts and flag when action is needed.
You will assist with processing contract renewals, rate changes, and adjustments to the assignment.
You will ensure accurate recording, documentation, and data quality in our systems.
You will answer questions from clients, suppliers, and independent professionals regarding contracts and the contracting process.
You identify bottlenecks and recurring issues, and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
Who does this sound like?
You’re enrolled in a vocational (MBO) or higher vocational (HBO) program, such as Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Law (SJD), Office Management, or Commercial Economics. These are examples, not strict requirements: are you pursuing a different program that you think would be a good fit for this internship? Be sure to tell us why, and we’d be happy to review it with you. After all, who you are is even more important than your field of study:
You are detail-oriented and value structure and clear processes.
You're curious and want to know how an organization works as a whole, not just your own role within it.
You find it interesting to see how rules and agreements are applied in practice.
You communicate effortlessly in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
You'll be able to keep track of everything, even when multiple cases are ongoing at the same time.
You take the initiative instead of waiting for someone to ask you.
You must be available at least 4 days a week for at least 5 months.
