Your analysis helps us understand what happened, why it happened and what we can do differently. You monitor investigations and actions while keeping an eye on recurring issues and emerging risks. With clear dashboards and reports, you make complex QHSE information easier to understand. This helps colleagues act with confidence and strengthens our safety culture. Your key responsibilities include:
- Administering and maintaining the incident reporting and investigation system.
- Reviewing incident reports for completeness, quality and consistency and ensuring correct classification.
- Monitoring investigations and following up on overdue corrective actions.
- Analyzing incident and HSE performance data to identify trends, recurring issues and emerging risks.
- Maintaining dashboards, KPI reports and monthly, quarterly and annual QHSE performance reports and providing recommendations based on your findings.
