About us
We are a startup working to reduce electronic waste by giving used devices a second life. After our logistics team receives and sorts incoming devices, they land on the repair desk; that's where you make the difference. We're looking for a skilled, curious Repair Technician who loves bringing electronics back to life.
What you'll do
- Identify faults in mobile phones (mostly iPhones)
- Carry out the hardware repairs accordingly: component replacements (screen, camera and battery etc.) , and board-level fixes
- Test devices before and after repair to confirm full functionality
- Keep accurate repair records in our computer systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workbench, following all safety procedures
What we're looking for
- Someone who's willing to learn and master the art of repairing phones and enjoys problem solving
- It's an advantage if you have hands-on experience repairing electronic devices, or relevant technical training
- Comfort with tools like multimeters, and diagnostic software
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills for logging and tracking repairs
- A team player who takes safety and quality seriously
Nice to have
- Experience with board-level or micro-soldering repair
- A genuine interest in technology
