What You'll Do
- Support the daily operations of the store and drive sales performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining GUESS brand standards.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of store associates.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising, stock management, and operational compliance.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented store environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Available to work for 38hrs per week
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible, proactive, and highly organized.
- Dutch language skills are a plus
