- Experienced as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in hospitality/retail
- Bringing a positive & fun energy in the team and toward our guests
- Passionate to help and engage customers in a friendly and professional way
- A people manager who likes to motivate and develop others towards being their best
- Able to manage high quality performance in a fast-paced environment
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty; enjoys working as a Tearista alongside the team
- Possessing skills to accurately organize & schedule work rosters and inventory
- A problem solver with a drive to continuously improve operations and services
- Fluent in English (Dutch, Chinese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Vietnamese or another language is a plus)
- Available asap
