Are you a senior sales professional who knows how to build new markets and close complex B2B deals? Circular IT Group is looking for an experienced hunter to grow our presence in the DACH region.
We help organisations extend the life of their IT equipment through circular solutions like reuse, refurbished hardware, and sustainable lifecycle management. Your role is to turn opportunities in the DACH market into long-term customer relationships.

Build and grow new business in the DACH market.

Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing and expansion.

Develop and manage a strong pipeline with mid-sized and enterprise customers.

Position Circular IT Group as a trusted partner for circular IT solutions.

Work closely with marketing and inside sales on leads and campaigns.

Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international environment.

Fluent in German and English.

Experienced in complex sales and comfortable closing high-value deals.

Independent, proactive, and commercially sharp.

Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach.

Based in or willing to work from the Amsterdam region.
Experience in IT, hardware, or technology-related services is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to sell complex solutions and build credibility with decision-makers.

A base salary between €4,000 and €5,000 per month (annual €48,000 - €60,000), depending on experience.

An uncapped performance-based bonus with a realistic OTE.
