The UMC Graduate Programme is a 12-month accelerated leadership journey designed for ambitious graduates ready to shape the future of one of the world's most dynamic global retailers. Expect a fast pace, a steep learning curve, and the chance to make a real impact in a business landscape that is always evolving, and where your contributions and ideas truly matter .
Throughout the year, you'll be supported by team members, managers and senior leaders who’ve been where you are and are determined to fast - track your career.
Months 1–4 | Discover the Business & Master the F oundations :
You'll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO : our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customer s , our product s , and what makes our operations world-class.
You'll learn and master :
Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership
As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor , influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance , building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.
Months 7–12 | Drive the Business
In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
