You ensure the timely availability of information and documentation to support various departments. You achieve this by actively collaborating with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and making well-founded decisions. Assessing and providing feedback on proposed changes from Product Development from an Aftersales perspective. Defining, maintaining, and monitoring Aftersales requirements in collaboration with various departments. Periodically visiting dealerships to verify whether the Aftersales deliverables align with the demands and expectations of practical use.
