We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Team Lead to provide dedicated leadership and direction to our industrial design team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining industrial design expertise with people leadership, workload planning and stakeholder coordination. You will help the team deliver high-quality design work by setting clear priorities, supporting team development and providing credible guidance during technical design discussions.
Initially, the role will focus on leading the industrial design team. Over time, the scope may expand to include additional hardware-related functions, such as technical writing, hardware support and regulatory expertise
WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead, support and develop a team of industrial designers.

Plan and balance team workloads, priorities and resources.

Provide guidance during technical and industrial design discussions.

Support the team in resolving complex design challenges.

Establish clear priorities and help the team deliver against agreed objectives.

Coordinate stakeholders across industrial design and the wider hardware environment.

Communicate plans, priorities, risks and trade-offs clearly.

Promote collaboration across technical and cross-functional teams.

Support the future integration of additional hardware-related specialists into the team.

Contribute to the continued development and broader direction of the hardware design function.
