You build a scalable talent acquisition machine. Using data, funnels, automation, and experimentation, you optimize recruitment performance and turn reach conversion placements.

Own and optimize the top of the recruitment funnel: attracting and converting talent

Build, maintain, and continuously improve candidate databases

Design and run automation experiments to increase reach, conversion, and candidate inflow

Analyze recruitment data and continuously optimize performance based on insights

Leverage recruitment technology, automation, and marketing campaigns to create scale

Integrate and connect data warehouses and recruitment systems

Build dashboards and generate actionable data insights

Enable recruitment consultants with a consistent pipeline of qualified talent

Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability

At least 2 years of experience in Growth Hacking

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data, funnel optimization, and experimentation
