Administrative Support Coordinator (FT)
In this varied full-time position, you will support our Finance, Sales and Service departments. You will be an important internal link between these departments and will ensure that administrative processes run smoothly. You will maintain an overview, work accurately and provide your colleagues with the right administrative support.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
Finance / Sales & Service support
- Supporting bookkeeping and the posting of financial transactions;
- Supporting general ledger administration;
- Ensuring the correct invoicing of orders;
- Helping to organise accounting documentation;
- Assisting with month-end closing activities;
- Ensuring financial records are accurate and complete;
- Supporting your Sales and Service colleagues with administrative tasks;
- Preparing quotations for your Sales and Service colleagues.
This is your profile:
- MBO working and/or thinking level;
- Work experience in a similar administrative, financial or commercial support position is a plus;
- Affinity with technology;
- Strong communication and administrative skills;
- You maintain an overview and work in a planned and structured way;
- You think in solutions and are proactive;
- You are service-oriented towards your colleagues;
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail;
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Ridder iQ and AccountView is a plus;
- A good command of Dutch and English is a plus.
