What to Expect
Tesla's Customer Excellence EMEA team is looking for a Project Manager, Digital Enablement, to lead the adoption of smart tools and digital ways of working across our Sales & Delivery organization in EMEA. This role owns education, playbook creation, field engagement, and adoption tracking, ensuring every market and every role can get the most out of the tools available to them.
You will be the central owner and driving force behind digital enablement and technology adoption across Sales & Delivery roles in EMEA. This high-impact role is focused on bringing smart tools and innovative ways of working into daily operations, ensuring every team can leverage their full potential. You will design and deliver targeted education programs, scale best practices from the field, create actionable playbooks, and drive measurable adoption. By connecting HQ, field teams, Product, Legal, and technology teams, you will improve team performance and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all EMEA markets.
What You'll Do-
Design and deliver role-specific digital enablement programs for the Sales & Delivery organization covering available tools practical use cases and best practices for effective tool usage

Create maintain and continuously improve role-specific Playbooks for Sales Advisors Delivery Advisors Store Managers and other field roles adapted to EMEA market specifics including language regulation pricing and compliance requirements

Regularly engage with field teams to identify document and scale best practices into reusable training materials

Drive technology adoption across EMEA by setting clear KPIs per team and region identifying where uptake is low and implementing targeted interventions to improve commercial outcomes including conversion rates NPS/CSAT and contact cadence

Map end-to-end responsibilities implement solutions review performance and systematically collect field insights on where digital tools can reduce friction prioritizing high-impact use cases and feeding them back to Product and functional teams

Maintain a structured feedback loop between field teams and product/knowledge teams ensuring real-world pain points directly inform tool and content improvements

Collaborate with Legal Privacy and Compliance teams on sensitive or regulated content ensuring full GDPR alignment across all EMEA markets

Deep expertise in product, company, and sales domains, combined with a passion for leveraging emerging technology to enhance both field and headquarters operations

Proven track record in project management, consistently delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training and enablement programs within sales, delivery, or customer-facing roles

Skilled at translating intricate technical capabilities into clear, actionable, role-specific guidance for field teams

Adept at using adoption data and commercial metrics to evaluate impact and drive ongoing performance improvement

Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives across geographically dispersed markets, from planning to execution

Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence both frontline operational teams and senior strategic leaders
