Within Financial Markets & Group Treasury, we are looking for an experienced and driven IT Business Analyst to strengthen our Counterparty Credit Risk domain.
You will become part of the global team responsible for Adaptiv Credit Risk (ACR), ING’s strategic Credit Risk platform used for measuring and managing Counterparty Credit Risk across Financial Markets and Treasury products worldwide.
The ACR platform is connected to Front Office trading systems and deal capture platforms across multiple global trading locations. Our international BizDevOps team operates from The Netherlands, Romania, the UK, and Singapore, delivering real-time risk and limit management capabilities to the business.
This is a highly visible role at the intersection of Financial Markets, Risk Management, Business Analysis, and Technology.
Your impact
As a IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging Business and IT within a complex Financial Markets environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Trading, Operations and Technology to drive strategic change initiatives and deliver scalable solutions.
You will translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions, support Agile delivery teams with high-quality user stories and refinements, and contribute to improving processes, systems and customer value across the organization.

Profile
We are looking for a pragmatic and analytical professional who can operate independently in a fast-paced and complex environment. The ideal candidate is communicative, delivery-focused and comfortable engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.
Key requirements
The following criteria are essential:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong experience within Risk Management environments

Experience with XVA/derivative valuation adjustments

Experience within Financial Markets

Strong stakeholder management skills

Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions

Agile/Scrum experience

Preferably experience with Python
Education

Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
