Lead resource allocation discussions and funding prioritization, evaluating trade‑offs and return on investment to maximize system value.

Own the management and optimization of all business models and margins within the market.

Lead System Profitability Analysis, including incidence pricing reviews, ensuring transparency and value alignment across KO and Bottler partners.

Act as the primary financial interface with Bottler Finance leadership on profitability and value chain outcomes.

Own and lead Risks & Opportunities (R&O) governance for Northern Europe, driving consolidation of market‑level developments and acting as the strategic finance interface between the Franchise Operations Leadership Team (FO LT) and Operating Unit (OU) leadership.

Shape leadership discussion by translating R&O movements into implications, trade‑offs, and recommended actions.

Lead multi‑country financial and strategic analysis across FBN Franchise Operations.

Influence long‑term system strategy through insights on system investments, profitability evolution, and profit split dynamics, ensuring alignment across KO and Bottler partners.

Act as a delegate and advisor to the FBN Finance Director in key System and KO governance forums.

Own consolidation and strategic prioritization of Resource Allocation initiatives tied to FBN countries’ acceleration and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

>8 years of relevant working experience, in particular in Commercial Finance, Commercial Controller, or Marketing controller roles

In depth understanding different business systems and business processes
