Your Role
Electric driving is becoming increasingly important. DKV is the full‑service provider in the field of eMobility, offering tailor‑made solutions for electric vehicles: from charging infrastructure to planning and design, from consultancy to installation and electricity products.
As a Customer Support Representative, you are the coordinator and take ownership of our service delivery. You also support the Sales department in handling quotation requests and orders in the area of eMobility. Additionally, you assist other inside‑sales colleagues with all questions related to electric mobility.
You are responsible for collaboration with suppliers and installers. After the sale of our solution, you ensure—in cooperation with the installer—that everything is delivered and functioning according to agreement. This is an office‑based role, with opportunities in the long term to occasionally perform tasks “in the field.”
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate assignments for the installation of charging stations
- Advise customers on solutions and technical possibilities
- Onboard new customers
- Process charging‑station installations and related kWh tariffs administratively
- Analyse and improve installation processes
- Serve as a link between planning, sales, logistics, and installers
- Handle (malfunction) questions regarding charging cards and charging stations
- Support the Sales department regarding price quotations for charging‑station installations
- Record activities in our CRM systems
