Your mission
As our Operations Intern, you will play a key role in improving and supporting our service processes and communication flow. You will rotate between multiple core teams within the Operations Department:
- The International Mobility Agent (IMA) Team, where you support international hires with day-to-day questions and ensure a smooth start in their new country;
- The Guidance & Control team, where you assist our team of Relocation Coordinators with quality control and administrative tasks.
- The Housing Team, where you gain hands-on experience with the housing search, documentation, and everything that comes with helping newcomers secure their first home.
By contributing to these different teams, you’ll develop a broad understanding of the relocation journey, from initial contact to the moment someone receives their keys. Your fresh perspective will be highly valued, and you will have room to propose improvements and contribute to ongoing process development.
