Goby Georgian Bistro is the first Georgian restaurant in Rotterdam, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Kralingen. Our mission is to bring warm, cozy, and comforting Georgian cuisine to our guests while delivering outstanding quality and service. We Are Looking ForPizza Baker (Georgian Cuisine)
We are looking for an experienced Pizza Baker to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare authentic Georgian khachapuri, traditional cheese-filled bread, using fresh dough and high-quality ingredients. Experience working with pizza dough, bread, or other yeast dough is essential.
Requirements
- Experience as a Pizza Baker, Bread Baker, or in a similar dough-based role
- Strong knowledge of preparing, stretching, shaping, and baking fresh yeast dough
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene standards
- Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
- Knowledge of Georgian cuisine is an advantage, but not required - we will provide training
