About the role
As an Operations Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of warehouse operations. You will guide and support a team of around 15+ colleagues, helping to create a safe, productive, and inclusive working environment.
You work closely with different departments to keep operations aligned and responsive to changing business needs. This role matters because it directly impacts service quality, team engagement, and operational performance.
How you will contribute

Coordinate daily warehouse operations and support a team of 15+ employees to achieve shared goals

Ensure processes are clearly documented and consistently followed across the team

Plan and adjust staffing levels based on forecasts and operational targets

Monitor key performance indicators, quality metrics, and productivity data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Support the implementation and follow-up of improvement actions, including CAPAs and workplace organisation standards (5S/5C)

Lead and support employee conversations related to performance, attendance, and wellbeing, in line with HR processes

Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflows and effective communication

Promote a safe and compliant working environment by supporting QEHS standards and reporting incidents or risks

Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and operational processes

Support issue resolution by coordinating with IT and other support functions
What you will bring
Must have

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including team coordination or supervisory responsibilities

Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written). Dutch is a bonus

Confidence in working with data, reporting tools, and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office and warehouse systems)

Ability to plan work, manage priorities, and adapt in a changing environment
Nice to have

Experience supporting performance and people development processes

Knowledge of quality or continuous improvement practices

Experience in workforce planning or budget awareness
