We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to help grow our online presence and engagement with the vintage community!
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Creator to help manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and assist with product photograph and editing. You will be working directly with our marketing team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of social media marketing, photography, photo editing, and content creation within the fashion or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track and report on social media performance and growth.
- Overall Visual Content Creation
- Photograph vintage clothing and new arrivals, with special features of our promotions.
- Create exciting content including photos, videos, reels, and TikToks.
- Edit photos and videos for social media, optimise website inventory images, and content for the marketing team.
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms.
Production Hall Assistance (When needed)
- Assist with assembling and preparing customer orders in the production hall when required, particularly for upcoming projects and operational demands.
- Help with sorting, packing, labeling, and organizing vintage clothing inventory.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse and production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand, while also possessing a strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Experience with photography, photo editing and optimization. Familiarity with editing softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Ability to create engaging video content and social media content.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and with others while meeting deadlines.
- Interest in vintage fashion and clothing is highly desirable and beneficial.
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 20kg as part of production hall and warehouse support duties.
- Willingness to assist with order fulfillment tasks when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, retail, vintage clothing, or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of social media, marketing and advertising.
- Basic graphic design skills.
