This is a business Consultant position focused on the new energy & power sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of managing key client relationships, and delivering staffing solutions to some of the most influential players in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support your existing clients in their recruitment needs
- Account management: managing client relationships, on-site visits, business reviews and client reporting
- Contractor workforce management – supporting contractor queries across onboarding and project lifecycle
- Recruitment Delivery: Recruiting, interviewing, and placing skilled technical professionals in roles.
- Client Engagement: Conducting face‑to‑face and virtual client meetings to build long‑term partnerships.
- Communication & Service: Maintaining strong communication and service levels with candidates and clients.
- Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with NES Fircroft processes and local legislation.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an agency recruitment environment (mandatory).
- Must be fluent in both Dutch and English
- Confident communicator able to operate credibly with senior stakeholders.
- A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building a desk from scratch.
- Strong organisation skills; able to prioritise and multitask
- Team mindset with the desire to contribute to long‑term office growth.
