The role
We're looking for service crew who genuinely love the floor — people who can read a room, keep a busy service moving, and make guests feel at home from the first freddo of the morning to dinner service. Comfortable behind the coffee machine is essential; an interest in our drinks and spritz menu is a plus.
What you'll do
- Run smooth, warm floor service — greeting, ordering, serving, and reading what guests need before they ask
- Prepare specialty coffee with consistency and care (training provided on our Greek-style methods)
- Keep your section and the bar clean, stocked, and prepped throughout service
- Bring Greek filoxenia to life and represent the brand to every guest
- Pitch in as a team — this is a small crew, everyone carries weight
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years in hospitality as a barista, waiter, or both (both is a bonus)
- Genuine care for quality, detail, and guest connection
- Calm and reliable in a fast, full service
- Fluent in English (Greek or Dutch a plus, not a must)
- A real team player with a strong work ethic — available to start soon
