As a Contract Manager at TMC, you are the link between clients, contractors, and engineering firms. You are responsible for the entire contractual process of civil engineering projects, from the tender phase to execution and delivery. This means actively contributing to the project approach and structure, as well as being accountable for monitoring contractual agreements. You know exactly how to anticipate risks, prevent claims, and balance the interests of all parties involved. We expect the following from you: - Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written. - A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university education) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar technical background. - At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Contract Manager within civil engineering. - Knowledge of and experience with contract forms such as UAV-gc, D&C, and RAW specifications. - Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. - The ability to coordinate between different stakeholders and play a connecting role. - Analytical thinking ability and a proactive attitude to identify contractual risks early. - An entrepreneurial and flexible mindset, fitting our open and dynamic working environment.
