Customer Service Agent
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support customer administration, billing processes, SIM card management, and order handling. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Support, and Operations to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process SIM card orders and customer requests accurately
- Maintain customer, contract, and billing information in internal systems
- Support monthly billing and resolve billing discrepancies
- Manage SIM card registration and stock administration
- Assist customers via email, phone, and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues
- Help improve processes and maintain accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in administration, customer service, billing, or operations support
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Salaris: €2.500,00 - €3.500,00 per maand
