WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
As Rooms Division Management Trainee, you are closely involved in the Front Office- and Housekeeping departments. Furthermore, you will assist with General Management- and Duty tasks. With 446 hotel rooms, there is much to learn in this hotel!
During your internship, you will assist the Front Office team with the daily tasks. You handle check-in and check-out procedures and provide guests with information about the hotel and the city. Next to that, you support the Housekeeping team by doing quality checks and reviewing several procedures. Furthermore, you will act as a Duty Manager. In case our guests do have complaints or problems, you are the one who will handle this!
Together with other management trainees you are going to work on interesting projects, in order to maintain and improve the services within the hotel. You will review and improve several procedures and SOP’s.

As a HBO student you will receive an internship allowance based on €750 gross per month full-time, which consists of €670 internship allowance and €80 expense allowance. We use variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, depending on the number of days worked and hours worked. So one month you get a little less and the next month a little more.
