You manage complex calendars and the departmental inbox, setting priorities, identifying actions, and maintaining clear oversight. You take minutes during meetings and ensure proper follow-up. You also stay closely connected to the needs of the teams and respond proactively.
Your responsibilities are varied and include organizing meetings, travel, and events, supporting the onboarding of new colleagues, and coordinating leave and workforce planning within the teams. You manage digital environments such as SharePoint and Teams, and support internal communication and information sharing.
In addition, you ensure that practical matters are well organized, such as ordering materials (e.g. PPE), coordinating training sessions and medical checks, and maintaining distribution lists. You have an eye for detail as well as for people, for example by recognizing and celebrating important personal milestones of colleagues.
You identify bottlenecks in processes and actively contribute ideas and improvements to further enhance efficiency and collaboration.
