The job
As a Quality Engineer, you contribute to ensuring and continuously improving the quality of our products, processes, materials, and services. You work across the full quality lifecycle, from incoming materials and supplier quality to production, product qualification, and customer quality. You collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Logistics, Production, R&D, and Engineering, to investigate quality issues, evaluate product and process deviations, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions. Your responsibilities also include supporting incoming quality control and measurement activities, managing calibration processes, supporting customer complaint investigations. You use data and structured problem-solving methods to identify risks, prevent recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement. You report to the QHSE Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Manage supplier quality and incoming quality control (IQC) activities.

Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier development.

Collaborate with suppliers to investigate and resolve quality issues.

Coordinate incoming inspections and ensure proper follow-up of results.

Manage customer quality issues and complaints with internal teams and suppliers.

Investigate quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, RCA, and CAPA methods.

Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement of products and processes.
We are looking for
-
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

5+ years of experience in quality engineering, including supplier quality, incoming quality assurance, or customer quality

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, lean manufacturing, and industrialization processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving (8D), and project management skills.

Experience in supplier audits, assessments, and improvement projects.

Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
