We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor Electrical.
THE ROLE
A Supervisor Electrical is the person in charge of overseeing all electrical work during ship maintenance and repairs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversees ship repair operations by inspecting work scope, ensuring safety and proper preparation, coordinating team activities, and managing progress to deliver projects efficiently and on time.
- Acts as the (technical) point for Electrical activities on a project.
- Safely connects and disconnects electrical equipment on vessels.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- SBO-4 level in Electrical Engineering.
- Certified based on NEN 3140 and NEN 3840.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in ship repair.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu is an advantage.
