And we are just getting started. To support the next phase of growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven ITAD Business Development Representative who wants to help expand and professionalize this business internationally.
Your role:
As an ITAD Business Development Representative, you play an important role in the commercial growth of our ITAD 2.0 organization.
You identify and develop opportunities related to IT lifecycle management, buyback solutions, circular IT, hardware brokerage, refurbishment, and sustainable asset recovery. You build long-term customer and partner relationships and help translate commercial opportunities into scalable and executable solutions together with our Services, Operations, and Stock teams.
This is not a “standard sales role”. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping shape and grow a business, sees opportunities, thinks internationally, and feels comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where not everything is set in stone yet.
You will work closely with our ITAD team, Services organization, and international partner network to help bring our ITAD & BBaaS ambitions to the next level.
Your day in the office:
It’s just like real life: every day is unique. Typically, however, this is what a day in this job could look like:
09:00 You start your day with a coffee and a catch-up with your colleagues. During this meeting, you discuss ongoing opportunities, customer projects, and priorities for the day.
09:30 Time to review your pipeline. You follow up on open opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and identify which prospects require attention today.
10:30 You jump on a call with a potential customer who is looking for a sustainable way to dispose of their end-of-life IT equipment. Together, you explore their needs and discuss how Infinite Group's ITAD and Buy Back as a Service solutions can help.
11:30 A new lead comes in through your network. You qualify the opportunity, identify potential value, and start building a commercial approach that aligns with the customer's goals.
12:30 Lunchtime! You enjoy a lovely buffet lunch while you try to master some of the 25+ different languages spoken by our coworkers when chatting with them. A quick walk outside will give you some new energy for the rest of the day.
13:30 You meet with colleagues from Services, Operations, Logistics, and Stock Management to discuss a potential opportunity. Together, you assess feasibility, pricing, and the best route to deliver a strong solution for the customer.
14:30 Time to work on a proposal. You combine customer requirements, operational capabilities, and market insights into a competitive commercial offering.
15:30 The afternoon is dedicated to business development. You connect with brokers, strategic partners, and potential customers to expand your network and help grow Infinite Group's international ITAD footprint.
16:30 You spend some time reviewing market developments and identifying new opportunities. Whether it's a new partnership, an emerging market, or a process improvement, you're always looking for ways to help scale and professionalize our ITAD business.
16:00 Before wrapping up, you update your CRM, review your pipeline, and align with colleagues on next steps for active opportunities.
17:00 Wrap up the day! Before heading home, you join a fun workout in the company gym. We believe in working hard and having fun along the way, creating a supportive and fun working environment that you’ll love being a part of.

This is you:

You bring between 4 and 8 years of experience in business development, IT lifecycle services, ITAD, brokerage, hardware sales, logistics, or a related commercial environment

You speak English on a professional level; any other language is a plus

You are commercially strong and relationship-driven
