Jouw rol in het team
Als assemblagemedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig opbouwen en controleren van hightech producten.
Je houdt je bezig met:
- Het assembleren van fijnmechanische en mechatronische systemen
- Werken vanaf technische tekeningen en werkinstructies
- Controleren en testen van producten op kwaliteit
- Signaleren van verbeterkansen in het proces
- Samenwerken in een hecht en technisch team
Je werkt in een nette, gestructureerde omgeving waar kwaliteit altijd voorop staat.
Wie zoeken we?
Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van techniek en precies werken.
Daarnaast:
- Heb je een technische mbo-opleiding (of vergelijkbaar niveau)
- Ben je starter of heb je al ervaring – beide zijn welkom
- Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Denk je graag mee en neem je initiatief
- Beheers je Nederlands en Engels goed
Ervaring met cleanroom, productie of Lean? Mooi meegenomen!

Your role in the team
As an assembly technician, you are responsible for accurately building and inspecting high-tech products.
You will be involved in:
- Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic systems
- Working from technical drawings and work instructions
- Inspecting and testing products for quality
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborating within a close-knit technical team
You work in a clean, structured environment where quality is always the top priority.
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who gets energy from technology and working with precision.
In addition:
- You have a technical MBO-level education (or equivalent)
- You are a starter or already have experience – both are welcome
- You work accurately and in a structured way
- You like to think along and take initiative
- You have a good command of Dutch and English
Experience in cleanroom environments, production, or Lean methodology is a plus!
