Nagomi Spa & Wellness, a sanctuary of Japanese-inspired tranquility within Hotel Okura Amsterdam, is seeking an accomplished Spa Therapist to join our team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional who understands that a five-star spa experience is defined not only by technical mastery, but by intuition, emotional intelligence, and genuine care for every guest.

The Role
This is a part-time position, 3 days a week, delivering an exceptional spa experience to a discerning 5-star clientele. You'll be at the heart of the guest journey, from a warm welcome to a memorable farewell.

Who are you?
You're a qualified beautician who genuinely loves what you do. You take pride in your work, you're reliable, and you want to work somewhere that actually says "thank you."
To maintain our high standards, we typically look for:
- Recognised certifications in beauty therapy and massage (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in facials, plus core massage modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Prenatal
- Bonus specialisms welcomed: Reiki, Shiatsu, Kobido, Reflexology
- Experience in high-end environments (though we value attitude over a long CV)
- A deep understanding of spa therapy and client care
- Fluent English (Dutch is an advantage)
It's also important that you're grounded and aware of the realities of the industry - meaning you're happy to work across weekdays and weekends, and cover some morning or evening shifts.
