Love a dynamic role where you can truly make a difference? As our new Job Consultant, you are the face, the voice, and the go-to person for our temporary workforce! Your main mission? Making sure our employees feel supported, happy, and right at home from day one. This is far from a boring desk job. One moment you’re welcoming new team members and sorting out their housing, transport, or paperwork, and the next you’re jumping in to resolve issues and answer questions.
A summary of your tasks:
- Guiding temporary workers through their onboarding process, including registration and arranging accommodation.
- Answering employee questions and resolving issues independently.
- Visiting housing facilities and maintaining regular contact with employees.
- Monitoring employee well-being and fostering a positive experience.
- Accurately processing administrative tasks in the system.
Job requirements:
- You speak fluent English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Eastern European languages is a plus.
- Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is an advantage, but not required.
- You are available to work weekends and outside of regular office hours, and you handle stressful situations well.
- Your customer-oriented mindset and ability to think in opportunities make you the ideal candidate. You enjoy connecting with people and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and supported.
- You hold a valid SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one.
