At OMRT, we are changing the way the world is developed. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands, we are looking for our first dedicated Visual Designer to shape our platform's identity. You will collaborate with our diverse team of 45 people from 15 nationalities, turning complex data into clear, impactful design. Read through our Insight Page to read more on our values and about your future colleague’s development journey at OMRT.
This is the first dedicated visual designer at OMRT. The role exists because marketing is scaling from a solo function into a team. The volume, complexity, and reach of visual output has outgrown what one person can design alone.
The proposition is rich and technical. Existing assets are solid but too detailed for first impressions. A C-level real estate audience needs to understand what OMRT does at a glance across the website, campaigns, product materials, and sales collateral. Owning that clarity is the job.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with content, sales, and motion colleagues. Your work reaches investors, developers, and enterprise clients in three markets.
Visual system. Build and maintain a consistent visual system across all marketing touchpoints and deliver a reusable Figma component library, so the team can produce on-brand assets independently.
Website. Own design and ongoing improvement of the marketing website in Wix Studio for a B2B and investor audience; resolving known UX issues and improving engagement and conversion.
Product visuals. Create diagrams, one-pagers, and hero visuals that distill complex product and research material. The measure: prospects grasp the proposition faster, and assets get reused across sales and content.
Campaign assets. Produce campaign and advertising assets for the Netherlands, Germany, and Canada to support demand generation, delivered on schedule and used across channels.
Sales and thought-leadership collateral. Design presentations, reports, and event materials that read as credible to a C-level audience, adopted by the sales team.
AI-assisted workflow. Integrate AI design tools into your daily process to increase output without adding headcount.
