Warehouse Employee (Order Picking & Packing) – Logistics
Are you available and ready to start immediately? Do you have experience in orderpicking and packing? We work from Monday - Friday.
We offer flexible scheduling from 8-40 hours per week. Each week you can submit your availability through our app.
The position is part-time, and the number of working days may vary depending on workload and performance. In busy periods, it is also possible to work up to five days a week.
E-fulfilment Shop is a rapidly growing company currently providing logistics services for over 80 online stores.
What you’ll do:
You will work in our warehouse in Ridderkerk (near Rotterdam), where you will:
- Collect products from the shelves using a cart, so no heavy lifting is required
- Pack orders at the packing table
What we are looking for:
- Own transport (bike, car, etc.), as public transport is unavailable after 23:30
- Experience in orderpicking and packing
- Minimum 8 – 40 hours per week, with mandatory availability on Mondays.
- Standard working hours: 14:30 – 23:30 with one-hour break
- Overtime is common and required
- 0-hour contract for 7 months with a one-month trial period, with the option to extend for one year (potential for permanent employment)
- Scheduling is based on workload and performance
Additionally:
- Education and age are not important
- Holiday allowance paid monthly/yearly, vacation days accrued monthly
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per km
- Salary paid every 1st of the month
