Product Designer (AI First)
Build AI driven marketplace experiences at scale
At Striive, we are evolving from a structured services platform into a modular, intelligence driven marketplace.
That shift changes how professionals discover work, how partners configure and deliver services, and how decisions are made across the platform.
We are looking for a Product Designer who can help shape that transition.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, behavioural design, discovery, and AI enabled user experiences. You will work across both sides of a two sided marketplace and translate complex product challenges into validated experiences with measurable impact.

Discovery first mindset
This is a strongly discovery led role.
Before building solutions, you help define and validate what should be built. We value experimentation, behavioural evidence, and measurable learning over assumptions or hierarchy.
You regularly use:

Lightweight concepts and mockups to test assumptions early

Fake door landing pages to validate demand

Clickable prototypes to test behaviour before development

Rapid experiments to reduce product and delivery risk
Scope of work
You own end to end product design across a two sided marketplace environment.
Professional side
You design experiences such as:

Onboarding and activation journeys
-
Modular service and pricing flows
-
Assignment continuity and re engagement experiences
-
Financial and compliance related product surfaces
-
AI supported readiness and decision guidance
Partner side
You design experiences such as:
-
Partner onboarding and configuration tooling
-
Workforce and talent pool management environments
-
Operational and compliance dashboards
-
Demand, sector, and client intelligence experiences
-
Segmented journeys based on partner maturity and scale
AI in the product and workflow
AI is embedded within core product flows and decision making journeys, not added as a standalone feature layer.
You help design:

Recommendation and matching systems

Readiness and decision support tooling
-
Conversational onboarding experiences
-
Predictive insights related to demand, compliance, and workforce planning
We are looking for a designer who treats AI as practical product capability and actively uses modern AI tooling as part of their workflow.
You are comfortable using tools such as Cursor, Claude, v0, Lovable, or Figma Make to rapidly move from concept to testable prototype. We value fast iteration cycles and independent experimentation.

Requirements
We care more about demonstrated capability and product impact than years of experience or job titles.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

A portfolio containing both:

at least one B2B or partner product environment, such as dashboards, operational tooling, configuration flows, or multi role experiences

at least one consumer facing journey focused on onboarding, activation, conversion, or persuasion
-
A product flow that measurably improved conversion, activation, retention, or monetisation
-
End to end journey thinking rather than isolated interface work
-
Strong discovery ownership, including interviews, testing, validation, and experimentation
-
The ability to connect design decisions to behavioural insight, product metrics, and commercial outcomes

Comfort working with product analytics and data heavy workflows
-
Experience using AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, iteration, or product exploration

Marketplace or platform experience

Experience within HR tech, fintech, or operational SaaS environments

Experience with configuration heavy B2B products

Exposure to international product organisations
