Below is a list of the duties you will be expected to perform in your capacity as Store Coordinator:
- Develop every sales action working as example and guide for the team (Turnover, KPI’s)
- Work on the fidelity of every customer and prevent the sales or promotions
- Arrange the briefing (communicate daily objectives and the distribution of all tasks)
- In charge of opening / closing the store (keys holder), handling the cash-desk
- Handle the cash in and its deposit, the closing and the recipe of the cash taking care of its security
- Email to the management about all results of the daily activity every evening
- Know how to guide and coach a Sales Assistant during the sales and after sales activities
- Optimization of the display capacity and visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage opening and closing activities of the package being a guide for these team’s duties
- Follow the specific procedures set to control the package and to verify which are the defective products emailing to the HQ all information related to the pieces rejected
- Achieve the partial inventories and arrange the activity of all inventory’s periods
- Have a focus on the Best Sellers and ask to the Management if the related proposals for the replenishment can be authorized
- Handling the stock, the replenishment and re-assortment
