Production (Process) EngineerAs a Production Process Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining, improving, and stabilizing production processes in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You ensure that processes run reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.You work closely with production, quality, and development teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and prepare processes for consistent execution. In this role, you combine hands-on problem solving on the shop floor with structure, data analysis, and continuous improvement.What we typically expect from a Production Process Engineer:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing production processes

Support day-to-day manufacturing and resolve quality or yield issues

Process Development EngineerAs a Process Development Engineer, you develop, optimize, and industrialize production processes for innovative products. You translate new ideas and designs into robust, scalable, and manufacturable processes that meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.You work at the interface between R&D, production, quality, and projects, contributing from early concept through validation and transfer to manufacturing. In this role, you combine hands-on engineering with analytical thinking, documentation, and continuous improvement.What we typically expect from a Process Development Engineer:

Product Design EngineerAs a Product Design Engineer, you translate customer or internal requirements into well‑thought‑out, manufacturable product designs. You develop concepts, detailed designs, and specifications that balance functionality, quality, cost, and producibility.You work closely with customers, product management, process engineers, and production to ensure designs can be realized reliably in manufacturing. In this role, you combine creativity with engineering discipline, structured design methods, and clear technical communication.What we typically expect from a Product Design Engineer:
