We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional who takes ownership of the shift and leads by example on the shop floor. In this role, you coordinate, supervise, and actively participate in the production of semi-finished and finished products, while effectively managing and motivating all operators on shift. You continuously strive to optimize processes in a safe and efficient manner and take an active role in identifying and handling (customer) complaints, always with a focus on quality and improvement. You feel comfortable working in 3 shifts (day/evening/night).
