What will you be doing?
As a Logistic Operations Employee, you will play an important role in the daily warehouse processes. You will make sure goods are correctly received, stored, moved, and prepared for outgoing shipments. Accuracy, communication, and a proactive attitude are very important in this role.
- Booking incoming and outgoing shipments
- Loading and unloading trucks and checking deliveries
- Receiving pallets and registering information in our ERP/warehouse system
- Making sure pallets are placed in the correct warehouse locations
- Moving pallets within the warehouse using a reach truck
- Preparing pallets and products for customer orders and shipments
- Keeping track of stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Adding and removing pallets from locations when needed
- Collaborating with different warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations
- Helping improve logistics and warehouse processes
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
A little highlight of your day
Your day may start with unloading a truck containing incoming server equipment and checking if all pallets match the shipment information. After registering the products in the system, you will move pallets to the correct warehouse locations using a reach truck.
Later in the day, you may assist colleagues from other departments by preparing pallets for outgoing orders or relocating stock to optimize warehouse space. Throughout the day, you will work closely with warehouse and logistics colleagues to make sure operations continue efficiently and accurately.
Because warehouse operations are active and practical, you should feel comfortable working physically, driving a reach truck, and moving around the warehouse throughout the day.
What are we looking for?
- Reach truck license is required
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse or ERP systems
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Teamplayer with a proactive and hands-on mentality
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse activities
