Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Arcade and VR Games Support Staff member, where your enthusiasm and customer handling skills will create memorable experiences for our guests! Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & POS Operations
· Assist guests with purchasing game play cards or booking and playing VR sessions.
· Deliver exceptional service by helping players with game operations, explaining gameplay, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
· Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the kassa, including ticket redemption and prize distribution.
VR & Arcade Supervision
· Supervise gaming areas to ensure safety protocols are followed and all equipment is used responsibly.
· Educate guests on game rules and safety guidelines while promoting responsible gaming behavior.
· Conduct routine inspections of gaming stations to identify technical issues or safety hazards.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
· Support the setup and basic troubleshooting of arcade machines and VR equipment to keep games running smoothly.
· Coordinate larger repairs with technical management when necessary.
Team Leadership & Venue Upkeep
· Lead by example in supporting team members, managing conflicts professionally, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
· Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept gaming stations and venue spaces throughout your shift.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Strong passion for gaming, VR technology, and customer interaction.
· Proven customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
· Basic technical aptitude for setting up and troubleshooting hardware and software.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to manage group dynamics safely.
· Flexibility to work shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer
· Competitive Pay: €2,400 to €4,000 gross per month (pro-rata based on 20–40 hours per week).
