Over The Bulldog
Wie Amsterdam zegt, zegt de grachtengordels, de Wallen en natuurlijk de coffeeshops! Met The Bulldog als een icoon uit de binnenstad van Amsterdam. In de afgelopen 50 jaar is het bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een internationaal merk met niet alleen coffeeshops, maar ook horecagelegenheden, souvenirshops en hotels. Het merk is keihard aan het groeien met de verkoop van onder andere smokers artikelen, souvenirs, gadgets, kleding en cannabiszaden. En dit is pas het begin…

Jouw werkzaamheden
Als kok werk je zelfstandig, je bereidt gerechten en je houdt de keuken opgeruimd en schoon. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productregistratie en voorraad.
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt de koksopleiding gevolgd en/of ervaring in soortgelijke functie
- HACCP is een grote pré
- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok
- Je bent tenminste 16 uur per week beschikbaar
- Je hebt een passie voor koken en je kan goed presteren onder druk
- Je kan goed communiceren, gaat geordend te werk, je kan goed samenwerken en je straalt veel plezier uit in je werk

Your Responsibilities
As a cook, you work independently, prepare dishes, and keep the kitchen tidy and clean. You are also responsible for product registration and stock management.
Job Requirements
- You have completed a chef’s training and/or have experience in a similar position
- HACCP knowledge is a big plus
- You have at least 1 year of demonstrable work experience as an independently working cook
- You are available for at least 16 hours per week
- You have a passion for cooking and perform well under pressure
- You communicate well, work in an organised manner, collaborate easily, and radiate enthusiasm in your work
