【Job Description】
- Conduct market research and product demand analysis for smart hardware education products in the Dutch market, and formulate and implement regional sales plans.
- Independently develop projects related to robotics and artificial intelligence majors in basic education, vocational schools, universities and other institutions; undertake business negotiation and contract signing with end customers and industry agents.
- Further explore application scenarios of education and training products, tap potential demands in the educational robotics industry, and establish standardized sales pitches and case libraries.
- Cooperate with R&D and project departments to collect and feed back customer demands, put forward suggestions for product iteration, and assist in solving customers’ technical problems.
- Expand new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Master product expertise proficiently, and independently provide customer training, product demonstrations and basic technical support.
- Assist the Operations Director in implementing regional market strategies and guide daily work of sales representatives.
【Requirements】
- Possess existing customer resources or project experience in Dutch local basic education, vocational education or higher education institutions; with over 3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in selling educational hardware, robotics or AI-related products.
- Passionate about the robotics and artificial intelligence industry, proactive and communicative, with outstanding negotiation skills and independent deal-closing capability.
