Acting as a first point of contact, confidently handling calls from clients and stakeholders
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely, professional responses
- Preparing correspondence and engagement letters with accuracy and attention to detail
- Keeping a close eye on deadlines and statutory requirements, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Coordinating Wwft (AML) requests via RegLab and supporting compliance processes
- Maintaining and updating client data with precision
- Supporting meetings and appointments—from preparing spaces to welcoming clients
- Playing a key role in onboarding new colleagues and creating a smooth start to their journey
- Supporting offboarding processes with care and professionalism
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal and external events
- Taking on a variety of ad hoc tasks, bringing flexibility and a proactive mindset
- Liaising with building management to keep the office running smoothly, from maintenance to supplies
- Providing hands-on support during IT projects and helping colleagues with day-to-day IT queries

A completed relevant MBO or HBO qualification
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage, preferably within a professional services organisation
- Willingness to complete a BHV (emergency response) course (or already in possession of a valid certificate)
- Willingness to complete a Wwft (AML) course and keep your knowledge up to date.
- Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable working with a CRM system
- Accurate, with the ability to set priorities effectively
