Your department
The Central Data & Analytics department provides Data Analytics products and services to the entire Vanderlande Organization (mainly internal customers). It is a franchise organization, meaning that we centrally set a standard, which is adopted and implemented by decentralized franchises within the business.
The core product we work on is the Vanderlande Data Platform, on which we provide Data Products for our customers to leverage. By transforming, processing, combining and enriching data available in source systems we provide a valuable source of truth. To enable our customers to Analyze and Visualize the provided data, we maintain the Vanderlande Qlik Servers and Power BI capacity, while facilitating templates, a clear way of working and a community of experts.
We excel in and fostering knowledge on the application of advanced analytics techniques and the underlying technology.
Our department functions as a scaled Agile organization with different development teams working off the same backlog, working to realize a shared roadmap. However, by focusing on certain parts of the Vanderlande business we can effectively leverage business knowledge.
We work in close cooperation with other IT & Technology departments.
