- Assist chefs with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
- Support the team in plating and presenting dishes to the hotel’s standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Help receive and correctly store deliveries of fresh and dry goods
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Who Are We Looking For?
- You have experience in the kitchen as Zelfstandig werkend kok/CDP
- You have a positive attitude and are eager to learn new skills
- You work well in a team and communicate effectively
- You are reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- You have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- You have a basic understanding of English or Dutch
